In this webinar hosted by Peter Bowden, guest Linda Laskowski, UUA Trustee from the Pacific Central District, will present her popular workshop "Congregations Count" helping congregational leaders in their membership efforts. Using tools from organizational development and quality process improvement, this webinar will show participants how to collect and use numbers to determine where a congregation can best focus their efforts.
